房间真的没得说,宽敞明亮的同时有一张舒适温馨的大床,厨房一角也是应有尽有,让你在面对北欧超高物价的时候能有选择自己做饭的机会。总之其环境绝对可以一扫你一天旅途的疲惫。The room is quite large and lightful with a comfortable bed, and the cooking corner is tidy and clean enough that you can find almost everything here. Faced with the high cost of living in Oslo, you will find it a good choice to cook for youself, which will definately clear away your feeling of fatigue after a whole-day long visit.
离车站大约有半小时的步行,位置不是很好找。好不容易找到旅店,工作人员又让我们在彻骨寒风中的大门外站了半个多小时才姗姗来迟,不知这是否是北欧人的性格。It costs you about half an hour to walk there from the railway station, and it's not easy to find the building. When we finally arrived there, the staff made us wait another half an hour with no excuse, you can imagine our feeling at that time when the outside was freezing cold.

这家公寓的总体硬件还是可以的,但是它的服务太恶劣。入住很后悔。 I really regret to have chosen this apartment for the Oslo tour for my family. The room is ok , but the nasty service from the receptionist make it to zero. The receptionist looked to be really annoyed by seeing new customers after have asked us to wait 5 minutes over the phone when the nice cleaning man do us a favor to contact her . without the young man, my family would have to wait in the could for 15 minutes not 5. Then during the 10 minutes of check in process, there were several times that I would probably not to be able to hold my temper if not with my parents and my 5 year old daughter. One case needs to be mentioned was that when I ask her whether my family should go to garage with me in the car as it is in the basement and they could go directly from the garage to the room and I myself will come back to go through the formalities, the answer from the receptionist was:" it was your problem ,not mine. " could it be called a service? I really doubt it. When we finally settled, my mom told me the receptionist slammed the door in front of my mom and my 5year old daughter when my mom ask her for the toilet for my daughter, and she refused with a cold face. This is too much nasty even if from a stranger on the street. I don't think there is any misunderstanding between my family and the receptionist, a friendly way of treating would hardly be misunderstood. Finally, I would like to say that is this apartment in a really monopoly position without any competition from others? I really wonder how could it be survived with a such so called receptionist's service. I have been travelled a lot in Europe with my family, and this is the only one by far I would definitely say "no" , and I am really regret and feel sorry for my family for my wrong choice of this for the2 days tour in Oslo. and This apartment would definitely never show up in my list of recommendation to my friends. Never!

这个公寓没有服务前台,check in 必须打电话,对外语不是很好的,会不方便。
